About Janene
Janene White is a registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Rand Afrikaans University (RAU).
Janene’s work spans over three decades, during which she has established herself as a trusted professional in the fields of human resource management, psychometric assessment, and medico-legal evaluations. Since 2005, she has worked independently, providing psychological assessments at general, management, and senior executive levels, as well as expert medico-legal opinions in a variety of legal contexts.
Her industry experience includes the financial services, motor, and manufacturing sectors, with a focus on leadership evaluation, competence assessment, behavioural profiling, and organisational development. Janene is known for her calm, principled approach and her ability to deliver clear, evidence-based insights to clients.
She has contributed to both national and international conferences. Her research has earned her award for best Research Article and has been published in the South African Journal of Industrial Psychology.

Aimee Esterhuyzen is a registered Industrial and Organisational Psychologist with over 10 years of experience, specialising in medico-legal assessments for personal injury, Road Accident Fund (RAF), medical negligence, and loss of support matters. She conducts in-depth evaluations, psychometric testing, and loss of earnings analyses, and prepares expert reports and joint minutes. Aimee has provided expert witness testimony in both High Court and Magistrates' Court proceedings.
Her background includes roles in medico-legal practices and corporate HR environments, including Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa, where she coordinated training, psychometric assessments, and change initiatives. She also has practical experience in recruitment, employee wellness, and organisational development.
Aimee holds an MCom in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria and is accredited in a wide range of psychometric instruments. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society – an academic distinction awarded to students ranking within the top 15% of their faculty - reflecting her consistent commitment to academic and professional excellence.
